<p>My diet consists of mainly sugars and carbs, because I am a lazy vegetarian.  I eat a lot of processed foods, because I do not want to spend the time making a nutritious meal.  I consist off of bagels, pizza, cereal, and other various items with little nutritional value.  I do not drink or consume many sugary beverages.  I drink water.  That&#8217;s it .</p>
<p>My diet, however, has to change.  Not only do I eat like crap, I eat A LOT. I will eat a very small breakfast, then gorge out on lunch and dinner.  I consume way more than I should.</p>
<p>Any tips? Are you vegetarian? How do you keep in shape with your diet?</p>
