Vegetarian

I need tips for being a healthy vegetarian!!!!!  I have no idea how to eat right.  I only eat carbs and sugars.  Any ideas on how to incorporate vitamins and nutrients that are filling into my diet??

    well I’m a vegatarian/vegan as well and i could give you some possibilities… f you still eat eggs than i suggest for breakfast use 1 egg and 2 whites to make a really filling omlet…add salsa ow whatever else you like (I’d skip the cheese) and than for lunch you could have something like…brown rice (you can sautee some peppers and scallions and add that for flavor)you can have some strawberries for some natural sugar or allow yourself 1 sweet and than stop there. As far as bread goes the arnold “sandwich thins” are 100% whole wheat and 100 calories each and are great for toast and yummy too…I’m just tryin to throw some Ideas out there…oatmeal with honey,lentils,veggi burger,veggie steamers,fruit salad,avacado and onion wrap (really good!!) mixed nuts,sunflower seeds,squash,thats all i can think of but there are plenty of choices! sorry for writing a book as a reply…lol…i’m just tryin to help!
