Exercise is a miracle worker.
now, i haven’t changed my diet much, but i’ve tried to fit a 200-400 calories burn session in per day…
it’s helped me feel SO MUCH better.
i’ve only been working out on the treadmill at my local gym… i’ve been trying, but i still need help on how to lose the good old freshman fifteen.
and you also battling the bulge? any advice– especially if ur a student, how are u managing your weight loss/gain?
