Exercise is a miracle worker.

now, i haven’t changed my diet much, but i’ve tried to fit a 200-400 calories burn session in per day…

it’s helped me feel SO MUCH better.

i’ve only been working out on the treadmill at my local gym… i’ve been trying, but i still need help on how to lose the good old freshman fifteen.

and you also battling the bulge? any advice– especially if ur a student, how are u managing your weight loss/gain?

So, here’s the rundown.

It’s only 1:05 in the afternoon, and I have already eaten

1 slice pizza

1 apple

1 bowl pasta salad

3 pickles

1 bowl honey nut cheerios.

…any ideas on how to improve this????

I need tips for being a healthy vegetarian!!!!!  I have no idea how to eat right.  I only eat carbs and sugars.  Any ideas on how to incorporate vitamins and nutrients that are filling into my diet??

Fat.

Hey, guys.  Today, I’m feeling totally fat.

My diet consists of mainly sugars and carbs, because I am a lazy vegetarian.  I eat a lot of processed foods, because I do not want to spend the time making a nutritious meal.  I consist off of bagels, pizza, cereal, and other various items with little nutritional value.  I do not drink or consume many sugary beverages.  I drink water.  That’s it .

My diet, however, has to change.  Not only do I eat like crap, I eat A LOT. I will eat a very small breakfast, then gorge out on lunch and dinner.  I consume way more than I should.

Any tips? Are you vegetarian? How do you keep in shape with your diet?
